      Responsibilities:

      Product Development:

      • Actively participate in the product development and engineering for highly integrated RF modules such as Power Amplifiers, PA Duplexers, and front-end modules
      • Establish suitable wafer and module test coverage to verify final product performance while optimizing test time
      • Ensure that samples are provided in a reliable and timely manner
      • Support module design engineering team with data analysis and performance reports
      • Works closely with team to identify potential quality and yield issues

      New Product Introduction:

      • Evaluate robustness of final design to process variation
      • Work with team to agree final manufacturing specs
      • Identify and address any yield or quality issues
      • Coordinate activities for manufacturing release to meet scheduled milestones

      Volume Manufacturing:

      • Determine root causes of nonconforming product and take appropriate action.
      • Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and nonconforming material.
      • Actively engage Fab/Assembly/Test sites to maintain yield and quality
      • Help resolve customer level quality excursions or concerns

      Qualifications:

      • BSEE/MSEE background with 6+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Design
      • Familiarity with RF measurements and test hardware
      • High Volume Production Test, Fab Processing, and/or Quality Engineering experience desirable
      • Experience with new product development, qualification, or transition from prototype to production
      • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively to internal and customer stakeholders
      • Proficient use of Statistical Analysis tools, such Spotfire, JMP, Python, or others
      • Motivated, results oriented and creative problem solver with good writing.
      • A high degree of independence in scoping, analyzing, and defining solutions for product and methodology related issues.
      • Excited by working cross-functionally on diverge range of challenges.
