What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-project initiatives
- Manage program budgets exceeding $1M and track financial performance
- Present program status, risks, and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaboration across teams
- Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience
- Proven track record managing programs with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira and strong experience with Planview or similar PPM tools
- Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Additional certifications (PgMP, Agile, SAFe) preferred
- Experience leading enterprise-level technology or business transformation programs
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Background managing vendor relationships and outsourced resources
