What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion and reinforce Solution Selling across the organization, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment
- Translate technical knowledge into compelling value-based narratives for the revenue organization
- Oversee the onboarding process in the LMS, managing coursework and monitoring progress for new hires
- Partner with the Business Development Representative team to prepare internal promotions for the Account Executive role
- Conduct gap analysis and strategic interventions to assess team performance and enhance Solution Selling adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success
- At least 2 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
- Deep familiarity with solution selling methodologies and their impact on revenue organizations
- Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) to drive engagement and retention
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of enablement activities on performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing Sales Kickoff events
- Familiarity with WorkRamp as a Learning Management System
- Experience in content management and structuring knowledge bases for usability
- Strong results orientation with a focus on measurable impacts of enablement activities
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to improving onboarding processes
