What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and manage the cost management program and deliverables for large-scale capital projects
- Provide detailed analysis to project managers and stakeholders on cost risks and issues
- Drive the accruals and forecast process for projects, including detailed reporting
- Support the development of project control and execution plans
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost management for capital projects during design and construction phases
- Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the construction industry is required; additional life sciences experience is strongly preferred
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams in a project environment
