      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
      - Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within scope, identifying and mitigating risks
      - Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive communication and project deliverables
      - Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and ensure seamless project integrations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - 5+ years of progressive value-based care, practice operations experience, and/or risk adjustment experience
      - Proven ability to successfully manage projects toward completion, coordinating across multiple projects and teams
      - Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to travel as needed to the employer's headquarters or markets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification preferred
      - Familiarity with Tableau, Miro, Jira, and Monday.com
      - Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or Commercial value-based care contracts
