      Senior Recruiter & Business Development Executive

      As early-stage firms, they are focused on creating scalable, modern recruiting businesses and we're seeking a business development-driven recruiter or sales professional who thrives in a build environment and wants to play a key role in that growth.

      What You'll Do
      • Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients
      • Own and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
      • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through closing and deal structuring
      • Leverage existing candidate pipelines and actively market talent to generate demand
      • Execute 360 recruiting responsibilities, including candidate intake, qualification, and placement
      • Collaborate with internal support (SDR + research) to accelerate pipeline and delivery
      • Build long-term partnerships and generate repeat, high-value business


      Who You Are
      • Proven B2B sales producer or full-desk recruiter with strong business development experience
      • Comfortable in a build-mode environment where processes are evolving and initiative is critical
      • Skilled at developing client relationships from scratch and navigating stakeholders
      • Self-directed and effective in a remote, performance-driven setting
      • Entrepreneurial mindset where you think like an owner and are motivated by growth and long-term upside
      • Strong closer with the ability to generate revenue, not just fill roles
