- Source, qualify, and place candidates
- Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs
- Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate pay rates
- Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and redeployment
- Maintain accurate records in Edge (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
- Drive team performance aligned with branch goals
- Conduct team meetings and monitor recruiting capacity
- Partner with leadership to allocate resources and resolve performance issues
- Lead redeployment efforts and ensure adherence to recruiting processes
- Observe recruiter performance and provide coaching
- Identify development needs and create growth opportunities
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously build relevant skills
- Experience: 5+ years in staffing industry recruiting, including 2+ years in a leadership position
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and ATS management skills
- Leadership: Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local talent market and recruiting best practices
- Values: Embodies Judge’s core values
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Proven leader and performer with a passion for mentoring
- Experience in recruiting and placing candidates with Application Development experience
- Extensive experience recruiting W2 contractor positions
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker

Title:Sr. Recruiting Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Position Overview: The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production while leading a team of recruiters to meet branch and company goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
