What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Program and build surveys on the employer's proprietary platform for both DIY and Full Service projects
- Translate client questionnaires and research objectives into effective surveys
- Execute thorough end-to-end quality assurance on programmed surveys
- Monitor fieldwork performance, quotas, and respondent quality metrics
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in the market research industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics, or a related field
- Direct experience building and programming surveys in online survey platforms
- Strong working knowledge of the full online research lifecycle, including questionnaire design and data delivery/reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DIY-oriented online survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Remote work experience
