What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide subject matter expertise on sea level rise, hazards, and coastal risks
- Conduct coastal and resilience analyses and apply visualization tools for project evaluation
- Develop resilient infrastructure grant applications and evaluate adaptation strategies
- Write technical reports and research papers to support project initiatives
- Manage multiple project schedules and deliverables while collaborating with a team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of resilience planning and hazard mitigation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil, Coastal or Environmental Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience in writing vulnerability assessments and conducting geospatial analysis
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal government agencies related to climate change
- Working knowledge of mapping tools, GIS, Power BI, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Civil engineering skills in stormwater management, flood control, and coastal infrastructure design
- Experience with Envision, LEED, Climate Disclosure Project, or equivalent frameworks
- Background in preparing proposals and business development activities
