What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives, appraising work performance and assisting with daily tasks
- Oversee all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct interviews, hire staff, and oversee recruiting and retention efforts
- Handle difficult or escalated customer calls and act as a liaison for complaint resolution
- Maintain team morale and motivation while communicating site-level objectives and concerns with management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of combined supervisory and/or retention experience
- Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
