      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Leaders across a specific geography
      - Build a sales team and cultivate future sales leaders within the organization
      - Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals
      - Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads to closing deals
      - Play a key role in developing the go-to-market strategy while reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams
      - Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
      - Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners
      - Experience navigating complex sales cycles
      - Background in SAAS sales related to cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
      - Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
      - Experience developing a sales pipeline and opening new accounts
