      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and execution of skills training for the Global Sales Organization, including curriculum design and certification creation
      - Evolve onboarding programs for new hires to improve productivity and decrease ramp time
      - Assist in planning and executing the annual Global Sales Kickoff, focusing on logistics and program development
      - Maintain strong communication with Revenue Leaders to identify training needs and operational solutions
      - Apply project management skills to incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in sales, sales training, and enablement in Enterprise SaaS organizations
      - Strong instructional design skills and understanding of adult learning principles
      - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
      - Data-driven approach to enablement with the ability to prioritize work efficiently
      - Experience with Enterprise Sales SaaS tools such as SFDC, Outreach, and Seismic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a quota-carrying or go-to-market role
      - Event planning experience is a plus
      - Familiarity with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Lessonly, and Docebo
