What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in consultative solutioning with clients to understand their needs and customize solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance semiconductor and embedded systems offerings
- Lead the development of technical proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for semiconductor solutions, overseeing testing and feedback collection
- Provide expert technical advice during the sales process and ensure project delivery aligns with budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in consultative services
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the semiconductor and embedded systems industries
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, embedded systems design, and related software
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient knowledge of IoT, AI, and machine learning applications
- Experience with semiconductor design tools and software (i.e. Cadence, ARM, Siemens EDA)
