      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales productivity analysis, territory coverage, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and outcomes
      - Oversee commercial planning and forecasting cycles, owning ITO processes and serving as ITO lead in business reviews
      - Maintain clean and accurate data across CRM systems and core commercial systems
      - Contribute to strategy and policy development within Commercial Operations
      - Act as a resource for colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or sales management
      - Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs/projects
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and core commercial systems, with a strong data hygiene and analytics mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of competition and differentiators in the aerospace industry
      - Experience influencing strategy and ways of working within a commercial context
      - Strong project management skills, with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
