      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
      - Conduct focused 1:1 meetings to enhance deal quality, skills growth, and accountability
      - Drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy through regular reviews and structured execution
      - Coach reps on high-quality deal execution from discovery through close
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deal execution and operationalize go-to-market initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience selling SaaS, including 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead role
      - Proven success in leading mid-market or high-velocity sales teams
      - Strong skills in pipeline inspection and forecasting discipline
      - Experience coaching outbound pipeline generation in evolving sales motions
      - Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC

      - Experience in the Marketing Technology SaaS industry
      - Clear and direct communication skills, comfortable maintaining high standards
