      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales efforts at Walgreens and Ulta, along with other identified customers
      - Develop and manage holistic business plans that include innovation, merchandising, and promotions
      - Build and nurture relationships with multiple buyers to achieve financial goals
      - Plan and execute annual promotion strategies, analyzing promotional ROI
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-8 years of experience in retail, with 2-5 years in CPG sales or similar
      - Proven track record of success in a sales environment, preferably in the drug sector
      - Understanding of vendor-side financials and trade spend management
      - Excellent communication skills and comfort in providing constructive feedback
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

      - Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing personnel
      - Deep understanding of customer financials or P&L experience
