What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and advise on long-term sales planning with various teams to drive growth
- Analyze weekly sell-through results, identifying trends and actionable insights
- Own the forecasting process, managing tools and consolidating results for leadership
- Present strategic sales summaries and forecasts in monthly business reviews
- Innovate reporting tools and processes to enhance visibility and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Merchandise Planning, or related roles
- Strong background in analyzing sell-through and retail metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, and experience with Tableau
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and build trust across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams through forecasting and business reviews
- Familiarity with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Strong fashion and market awareness
- Proven ability to influence partners through data storytelling
- Initiative and creativity in problem-solving and project management
