What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit, analyze, and document system requirements, translating them into detailed Salesforce functional specifications and user stories
- Configure Salesforce orgs, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and other declarative automation
- Partner with business stakeholders and development teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues related to Salesforce configuration, automation, and user access
- Create and maintain detailed functional documentation and support system testing and deployment readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and schema design
- Ability to analyze and document system requirements effectively
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools and production support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Proficiency with SQL and experience using Oracle SQL Developer
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- Understanding of data governance and compliance standards within Salesforce
