What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance Salesforce adoption and minimize resistance
- Collaborate with Salesforce Advocates and local Sales Operations to ensure consistent platform utilization
- Conduct quarterly meetings with Sales Leaders to review Salesforce metrics and identify training needs
- Lead global and regional Salesforce training sessions tailored to specific business requirements
- Draft and review communications that highlight Salesforce benefits for producers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce, specifically in sales modules
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings with senior-level executives
- Proven capability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Knowledge of M365 products; Prosci certification is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry, while not required, is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to engage with producers and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with WalkMe implementation and usage tracking
