      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multi-country projects, including negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for clinical trials
      - Produce and review site-specific contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
      - Administer contract management processes and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
      - Provide support to business development and represent site contracts at internal or customer meetings
      - Train and mentor less experienced staff on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field
      - Moderate contracts management experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal contracting parameters
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      - Project management experience in a fast-paced environment

      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Management experience in a relevant sector
      - Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
      - Good vendor management skills
      - Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff
