  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across all brand platforms
  - Create, schedule, and publish high-converting content including reels, posts, stories, and short-form video
  - Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through consistent content and community management
  - Manage and optimize campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
  - Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
  - Deep understanding of social platforms and trends, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
  - Strong visual eye for graphics, photography, video, and short-form content
  - Proven ability to grow audiences and engagement organically
  - Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred but not required
  - Experience with lead generation and conversion-driven social campaigns
  - Military or Veteran familiarity strongly preferred
  - Understanding of military culture and messaging is a major bonus
  - Experience with paid social media platforms including Meta and TikTok
