What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire and grow shipper accounts, focusing on small to mid-sized customers
- Own end-to-end consultative sales cycles, building long-term customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to retain, expand, and successfully launch customers
- Manage sales pipeline and report on performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in managed transportation operations
- Demonstrated P&L experience in a multi-modal transportation services environment
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills that drive results
- Familiarity with the North American multimodal carrier base
- Effective program and project management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or logistics startup undergoing rapid change
- Excellent track record of partnering with C-level executives
- Comfortable creating project roadmaps, scopes, and timelines
- Strong market knowledge regarding industry issues and trends
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
