      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process standard and non-standard Small Business, Secured, and Guaranteed credit applications in accordance with department policies
      - Maintain accuracy ratings and productivity standards for credit underwriting
      - Ensure adherence to relevant policies, laws, and regulations
      - Participate in the bank’s BSA/AML program and complete required training
      - Uphold professional behavior and foster positive working relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong decision-making skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Basic PC skills
      - Prior experience or exposure to credit card processes is highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Familiarity with banking regulations
      - Knowledge of BSA/AML compliance practices
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
