      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and growth
      - Manage website content updates and oversee content creation, including blogs and thought-leadership articles
      - Coordinate fulfillment of partnership deliverables and support trade shows and events
      - Create and manage organic social media content calendars and support digital marketing campaigns
      - Define and track KPIs for campaign success, regularly reporting to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on strategy, campaign planning, or execution
      - Strong expertise in marketing strategy development and integrated campaign planning
      - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
      - Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the youth sports industry and ability to apply that knowledge to marketing initiatives
      - Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
      - Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics or Power BI
      - Background in managing multi-channel campaigns, including social, content, email, and events
