What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and troubleshoot automated workflows and data processes for real-time messaging
- Submit creative briefs and collaborate with teams to develop email content
- Analyze email performance metrics and create detailed campaign reports
- Ensure quality assurance of email assets across multiple devices and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- 5-7 years of professional hands-on email marketing experience
- Strong experience with Excel for data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at an agency or within a premium lifestyle brand
- Proficiency in using Figma for email design collaboration and QA
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
