      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage unsolicited inquiries from Healthcare Providers and respond to consumer and employee inquiries as needed
      - Provide off-label scientific/medical information to Healthcare Professionals
      - Document interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
      - Ensure delivery of an exceptional customer experience through effective communication
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and manage escalated customer requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or a Healthcare Professional Degree (e.g., RN/BSN)
      - Experience in healthcare or as a pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to summarize clinical trial/scientific information
      - Must pass certification upon completion of training to demonstrate proficiency in role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management experience
      - Familiarity with customer experience management and digital marketing strategies
      - Experience in contact center operations
      - Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and product management
      - Proven ability to adapt to change and manage customer relationships effectively
