      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead annual responses for CDP, EcoVadis, and UNGC CoP; manage TCFD and SASB indices and conduct gap analyses
      - Manage the annual GHG inventory, including calculations for Scopes 1, 2, and a majority of Scope 3 categories
      - Conduct internal verification of water, energy, and waste data while ensuring closure of data gaps
      - Coordinate SMETA audits, providing guidance and support for preparation and managing corrective actions
      - Collaborate with procurement to develop and manage the responsible sourcing program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a field related to sustainability
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
      - Knowledge of ESG disclosures (CDP, EcoVadis, etc.) and sustainability frameworks (SASB, TCFD)
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sedex/SMETA audits and understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
      - Familiarity with relevant trends and changes in the sustainability field
      - Proficiency in Excel and emissions inventories
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage time effectively
