      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate marketing hypotheses and business objectives into actionable data initiatives and analyses
      - Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to support marketing strategies
      - Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing metrics, customer journeys, and pipeline health
      - Implement attribution models to measure marketing impact across channels and campaigns
      - Collaborate with data science teams to leverage predictive models for forecasting marketing performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 7+ years of experience supporting marketing decision-making with reporting and analysis
      - Proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with data warehouses
      - Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with Python/R is a plus
      - Strong knowledge of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including ROI measurement and attribution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading a marketing function directly
      - Familiarity with designing and interpreting A/B tests and other experimental frameworks
      - Ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model large, complex datasets
      - Excellent communication and visualization skills for simplifying complex insights for non-technical audiences
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
