What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated Kotlin code
- Assess Kotlin code for adherence to prompt instructions, functionality, and security
- Validate code snippets using proof-of-work methodology
- Identify inaccuracies in annotator ratings or explanations
- Provide constructive feedback to uphold annotation quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7+ years of experience in Kotlin development, QA, or code review
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin syntax, coroutines, debugging, edge cases, and testing
- Experience with Gradle, testing frameworks, and the Kotlin/JVM ecosystem
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or model alignment
- Familiarity with annotation platforms
- Exposure to RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) pipelines
- Background in Android development or backend services with Kotlin
