      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the development and execution of comprehensive talent management programs and solutions
      - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure fit-for-purpose talent programs that support employee growth
      - Serve as a Talent Business Partner leading Performance Calibration meetings to ensure fairness in evaluation practices
      - Collect and provide data-driven insights to aid in talent prioritization and decision-making
      - Mentor managers in performance management and coaching to foster a high-performance culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 2 years' experience in talent management and training
      - Prior experience designing and leading talent management programs, particularly in performance management and leadership development
      - Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and web applications
      - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner, in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Docebo is highly preferred
      - Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus
      - Strong facilitation skills with prior experience presenting content to all levels of the organization
      - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads
