What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring readiness for all new product launches and major feature releases
- Translate complex technical details into actionable enablement requirements for the sales team
- Create and maintain essential toolkit resources for the field, including competitive positioning and training materials
- Collaborate with Product Management and Field Enablement to establish timelines and success metrics for content creation
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs to drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Enablement, Technical Training, or Program/Project Management in a high-tech B2B environment
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and industry concepts
- Demonstrated experience in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement from concept to field readiness
- Exceptional program management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with various teams, including Product Management and Field Leadership
