  Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and 5 years as a Software Architect / Java Technical lead.
  Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design.
  Experience in designing and implementing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like scalability, performance, and security.
  Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on experience in cloud services.
  Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines independently.
  Skilled in monolithic to microservices migration strategies.
  Capable of handling high data volumes and designing analytics dashboards using analytical databases.
  Ability to work as an individual contributor while managing and mentoring a team.
  Strong client management skills to gather requirements and present system architectures.
  Experience in building and deploying distributed systems for enterprise-grade applications.
  Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is an advantage.
  Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.
  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  Able to understand the IBM WebSphere and IBM Http server functionalities
