What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and screen top talent using advanced recruiting tools and social media platforms
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified resources
- Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates
- Perform thorough reference checks and negotiate pay rates with candidates
- Attend client meetings and collaborate with the compliance team for onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry
- Proven track record of success in recruiting
- Highly competitive, energetic, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong desire to generate client tips and new business for the sales team
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively
- Interest in pursuing a career path to become an Account Executive
