Position Summary
This role will be responsible to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate end to end management of the SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) function for EET. Accountabilities include the tracking and lifecycle management of all physical computing devices (desktop, laptops, HVD, tablets, thin clients), peripherals, network connected devices (printers/scanners) along with responsibility for mobility and Voice/Video products (IP phones, Telepresence, etc.). Additional responsibilities include ensuring accurate, completeness, and timely data updates of key business elements (KBEs) for status, location, and ownership of all tracked assets for EET EEDS with a +99% accuracy and completeness rating for all devices. Effectively communicate status of issues to senior leaders, CIOs, regional partners, and drive process improvement. Lead 10 resources who have significant skills in data analysis/analytics, complex reporting, process automation and delivery and in responding to Asset Management audits and inquiries. Key resource in managing the transformation of BMC Remedy for SACM to Service Management/Service Transition onboarding scheduled for implementation in 2025.
