      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment and related items
      - Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and uncover new business opportunities
      - Sell to end-users and channel partners such as dealers, distributors, OEMs, resellers, MROs, and contractors
      - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while working with engineering firms on new capital projects
      - Gather customer feedback and stay current on industry trends and competitor activities for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience
      - Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
      - Must reside within the designated territory
      - Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment
      - Technical aptitude in general mechanical concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally calling on manufacturers
      - Previous experience in filtration or dust collection
      - Experience selling machinery and capital equipment to manufacturers
      - Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and mobile applications
