      Partnering with the Director of US Marketing, the Senior US Go To Market (GTM) Manager – HOKA, assumes a key role in shaping and executing the GTM strategy for the US, with a particular focus on driving revenue and surpassing sales goals in the Run Specialty channel. This dynamic leader oversees marketing planning for strategic wholesale partners while guiding a proficient US GTM team through account planning and execution.

      Beyond translating trade and consumer brand initiatives into market realities, the Senior US GTM Manager confidently leads their team in strategic account marketing ownership. Collaboration with key partners is crucial, aligning with the HOKA sales team to forge comprehensive strategic and marketing plans, spanning digital, social, and in-store channels for each partner.

      Thriving in a fast-paced environment, this leader and their team navigate a multitude of ongoing projects, overseeing numerous accounts, campaigns, and seasons at all times. This influential position requires seamless coordination with various internal teams, including US Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Omni, and Field teams. The Senior US GTM Manager collaborates closely with the US Integrated Marketing Manager and Sr National Manager, Field Experience Team, contributing to the development of seasonal marketing focuses and strategies for the US and effectively communicating those plans across all teams.

      Your Impact
      The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

      Own strategic marketing planning to not only cultivate and expand relationships with wholesale partners but also drive revenue growth through innovative and targeted initiatives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the GTM team, providing support in their wholesale and marketing roles. Collaborate across marketing teams to spearhead the development of US GTM plans, toolkits, and assets, and oversee budget management.

      Engage in travel activities, including meetings with wholesale partners, seasonal planning sessions, and attendance at key brand events.

      • Well-versed in current trends within the retail industry, as well as the running, outdoor, and fitness consumer segments, with an ongoing interest in market research and opportunities.

      We’d love to hear from people with

      • 8+ years relevant marketing experience
      • Leadership track record, with over 4 years of experience in team development and management.
      • Proficient in remote team management.
      • Expertise in one or more of the following domains: Wholesale Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce Marketing.
      • Proven track record of direct collaboration with wholesale partners, from strategy development to campaign execution.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, formulate project plans, and oversee budgets.
      • Established networking and relationship-building skills.
      • Success in navigating complex global organizations, meeting diverse constituent needs, and thriving under the pressure of competing and conflicting priorities.
      • Preferred experience in the footwear industry.
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

      $135,000-$145,000

      The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
