  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the development of new USDA/SBA business through pre-qualification and client engagement efforts
  - Identify and qualify leads from Business Development Officers for USDA program suitability
  - Prepare detailed credit memos for committee review, including project data and financial analysis
  - Serve as the primary contact with USDA state and national offices during the underwriting and closing process
  - Ensure all USDA conditions are met prior to the issuance of the Loan Note Guarantee
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  - 5+ years of commercial banking loan and deposit business development or relationship management experience
  - 3+ years of experience working on USDA B&I loans
  - Strong knowledge of government guaranteed lending policies and procedures
  - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with nCino banking system and/or Salesforce is a plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Formal credit training preferred
  - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement plans that support the overall goals of the bank
  - Self-motivated with effective time and project management skills
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Experience in financial statement and credit analysis
