      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather functional needs and translate them into Workday configurations
      - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules
      - Manage the full lifecycle of Workday-related requests, including intake, configuration, testing, and deployment
      - Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Workday capabilities
      - Provide training and support to end users on new functionality and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with a focus on Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent
      - Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and delivering system solutions that align with business needs
      - Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting
      - Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday release management and change control processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and system behavior
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
