What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align the organization’s strategic objectives with its operational processes
- Understand business needs and translate them into business architecture frameworks
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to optimize business processes
- Ensure technology initiatives support and drive business success
- Develop and present project proposals and design concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
- Proven expertise in Business Architecture tools and processes
- Comprehensive understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning
- Strong skills in business process modeling and stakeholder relationship management
