What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Approve service entries in SAP and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Verify pricing, quantities, purchase order details, and supporting documentation for invoices
- Identify discrepancies or non-compliant invoices and escalate or resolve issues as needed
- Reallocate vendor budgets and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc financial reports to support the Invoice Management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance-related roles
- Strong understanding of invoice processes and financial controls
- Demonstrated experience working with automated invoice systems
- Proficiency in using SAP Financial Software for service entries and payments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working independently and solving complex problems
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
