      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently identify new claim edits to enhance client offerings through analysis of various coding publications
      - Train new team members on content source identification and its viability for editing rules and policies
      - Collaborate with Medical Directors and Clinical Rule Writers to align with editing best practices
      - Author client-facing documentation to support the implementation of edits
      - Provide subject matter expertise in medical coding and billing for external customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health information management, Nursing, or a related healthcare degree
      - AAPC Certified Professional Coders (CPC) certification or AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P) certification required before hire
      - Minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare experience in roles such as medical coder, claims adjuster, or clinical editing analyst
      - At least 2 years of recent experience in ClaimsXten Content Development
      - Strong knowledge of US health insurance payers and medical coding guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with healthcare reimbursement and payment policies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word, with Access experience as a plus
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in complex subject material
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Initiative-taking and self-directed work style
