      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of the technical architecture and roadmap for transforming the customer service tech stack
      - Build architectural standards and best practices for the employer's software platform
      - Establish the technical strategy and vision for the Customer Service roadmap, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud integration
      - Mentor and provide guidance to teammates while raising expectations for software quality and architecture
      - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to balance quality and speed on company-level priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of professional development experience, focusing on backend technologies and service building using languages such as Go, Ruby on Rails, or Java
      - Proven expertise in building APIs using GraphQL and REST
      - Experience integrating with common customer service tools, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, and HubSpot
      - Solid understanding of designing backend systems for Salesforce integration and external APIs
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with contact center tools like Twilio and Amazon Connect
      - Experience establishing a future technical vision alongside Staff and Principal Engineers
      - A friendly, flexible, and pragmatic approach to work
