      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional initiatives in the Ads Monetization engineering space
      - Drive technical programs and collaborate with engineering teams on prioritization and risk assessment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles
      - Minimum of 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization
      - Strong communication and influencing skills
      - Proactive and curious mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
      - Technical depth and judgment with analytical problem-solving experience in large-scale systems

      - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
