What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end developer documentation and information architecture of the developer portal
- Plan, write, and edit API references, guides, and tutorials in collaboration with the developer platform team
- Define the developer documentation style guide and contribute to API standards
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure consistency and guide documentation standards
- Innovate in documentation delivery to enhance user experience and accessibility of information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in documenting multi-language developer API platforms, with at least 2 years in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar
- 3+ years managing developer portals with a focus on metrics for developer growth
- Familiarity with OpenAPI schema and API design best practices
- Native-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
