      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the strategic direction of workforce analytics initiatives, aligning with business priorities
      - Lead advanced analyses on workforce dynamics, including performance and engagement trends
      - Develop predictive models to identify workforce risks and opportunities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that address critical workforce questions
      - Establish best practices to strengthen the overall analytics function and foster data literacy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years in workforce analytics, People analytics, or workforce planning
      - Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
      - Proven success in setting analytics strategy and influencing executive decisions
      - Strong commitment to accuracy, equity, and data integrity in analytical work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a matrixed, high-growth environment, particularly in healthcare, biotech, or tech
      - Familiarity with Workday, Power BI, and Glint, particularly in reporting and data visualization
      - Curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI
