      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and coordinate clinical and frontline staff schedules using a web-based scheduling program
      - Manage time-out requests and float coverage, approving or denying requests based on availability
      - Utilize automated technology to facilitate scheduling and improve efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Ensure schedule completeness and communicate effectively with staff and management
      - Manage clinician requests for schedule changes affecting patient visits within department guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a related role
      - Ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently
      - Proficiency in keyboard use and data entry
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in workforce management or staffing coordination
      - Familiarity with web-based scheduling programs
      - Previous work in a healthcare setting
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
      - Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
