- Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
- Run the full sales cycle - outreach to close to onboarding
- Expand a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model to new clients
- Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers
- Attend 2-3 industry events per year
- 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
- Proven hunter - new business, not account maintenance
- Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
- Enterprise and mid-market client experience
- CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred) / Bachelor's degree / Must reside in US

$71,000-$100,000 base + uncapped commission / Fully Remote / 3 Openings
