      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full-cycle staffing actions, including job postings, resume reviews, and onboarding support
      - Maintain candidate tracking logs and staffing documentation in compliance with standards
      - Support hiring managers with requirements clarification and recruitment workflow progression
      - Generate workforce hiring reports and analyze staffing metrics for leadership review
      - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to streamline hiring activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of staffing, recruiting, or federal HR experience
      - Knowledge of federal hiring processes and staffing workflows
      - Proficiency with Excel for data management and report generation
      - Experience using HRIS/applicant tracking systems for candidate movement
      - Ability to organize and communicate effectively within HR operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with workforce analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
      - Previous experience in supporting government agencies or federal HR functions
