  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement community outreach programs that promote health education and disease prevention
  - Provide education and onboarding technical assistance for new and existing stakeholders
  - Create and update Provider Manuals and User Guides for the IHSC program’s systems and processes
  - Conduct stakeholder education sessions and assist in evaluating training quality trends
  - Manage stakeholder group email boxes and represent the employer at educational and training meetings
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must have a bachelor’s degree in a Human Service/Education field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in provider relations and education related to payer systems and processes
  - Minimum of 3+ years of experience with claims processing, prior authorization, and provider management experience
  - Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
  - Ability to review and analyze documentation against set standards
  - Knowledge of education or workplace learning methodology, along with familiarity with computer applications

  - Master’s degree preferred
  - Sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  - Professional acumen, with the ability to handle feedback and establish trust
