      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technical assessments and coordinate the implementation of systems for the Stakeholder Relations team
      - Provide hands-on technical support and triage for system-related issues
      - Act as a liaison between Stakeholder Relations and IT teams to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues
      - Enhance and administer Salesforce-based tools and CRM platforms
      - Analyze stakeholder trends and develop data-driven action plans to address issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or two years of relevant work experience
      - Eight (8) years of job-related experience for Lead level; six (6) years for Senior; three (3) years for Level II
      - Salesforce administration and development experience
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Demonstrated system administration experience

      - Experience in a customer service role demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database applications
      - Strong problem-solving abilities
